Guerlain Jicky Eau de Parfum

Jicky is part of the Guerlain Heritage Collection.

Why the name Jicky? Aimé Guerlain had a fond memory of a young girl named Jicky, to whom he paid tribute with one of his most beautiful olfactory works. Coincidentally, his nephew Jacques was also named Jicky.
Jicky is offered in the mythical "inverted heart" bottle. Designed in 1912 by George Chevalier as the quintessence of femininity: a subtle combination of lines and curves, rounded and harmonious shoulders, and a cap chiseled in the shape of an inverted heart.

Fougère Oriental. Contrasted, dynamic, surprising. The spicy notes, which blossom upon contact with the warmth of the oriental facet, play very skillfully with the aromatic and fresh heart of lemon and lavender notes. At the bottom of this daring structure, woody and vanilla notes can be distinguished, bringing vibration and personality to the fragrance.

In 1889, Aimé Guerlain created his first masterpiece Jicky. It is immediately described as "the first modern perfume". Complex, it is also the first unisex perfume of the perfumery. It marks the beginning of emotional perfumery, which no longer tries to copy the smell of flowers but rather tries to awaken emotion.
