Facial scrubs are tricky to choose. Because, as their name suggests, they exfoliate the skin: they exfoliate dead cells, stimulate the production of new cells... But they also attack the skin. So it's important to find a product that's both suited to your skin's nature (depending on whether it's oily or dry, for example), but also to avoid opting for a range that's too abrasive.

A gentle, soothing, moisturizing scrub... or an overnight, express peel. It's important to remember that exfoliation should be used in conjunction with skin hydration, and certainly not every day! Microbeads or pearls are rolled over the epidermis to dislodge dead skin cells, remove dirt and massage the face deeply. It's a rather brutal (though painless) operation, and you need to moisturize your skin well afterwards, pampering it so that it can fully recharge its batteries.

Gently cleanse with a soap-free soap, then apply a dab and massage. Massage slowly and gently. It's the action of massage that activates collagen production and promotes good blood circulation, guaranteeing deep hydration of our face. Performed from time to time (and certainly not every day), this occasional treatment should be incorporated into your weekly ritual - or even monthly, for the most sensitive skins.

The result is fantastic: radiant, finally free of pollution and old cells, skin is tightened and ready to look its best.
