Lotion-Essence Lumière combines two technologies derived from the power of orchids, selected by Guerlain Research:

- Orchid Noble Light™ Technology combines the extract of the precious orchid Dendrobium nobile with an illuminating peptide to offer a global action on the sources of skin darkening and help recreate an exceptional light*.

- Cell Respiration™ Technology, formulated with a duo of orchids (Gastrodia elata and Phalaenopsis amabilis), helps combat hypoxia (lack of oxygen to the cells) to increase cellular longevity*, improve the visible signs of aging and transform the skin into the perfect light carrier.

These technologies are combined with a triple action of progressive resurfacing, pore perfecting and moisturizing to improve skin texture:
