Guerlain Idylle Eau de Parfum
Details
Idylle is part of Guerlain's Legendary Fragrances collection. A collection made up of emblematic fragrances, composed for over a century by 5 generations of Perfumers. Mythical perfumes, profoundly innovative for their time, that make up a unique olfactory library, an incomparable and unequalled treasure that the House of Guerlain is committed to maintaining.
By combining the sensuality of chypre and the intimate facet of white musk with a bouquet of flowers, the symbol of a declaration of love, Thierry Wasser expresses the romantic and carnal idea of romance.
Designed by George Chevalier, its mythical "inverted heart" bottle is highlighted by graceful Art Nouveau scrolls. A true technical feat, its avant-garde cap in the shape of a hollowed-out heart evokes the delicate romanticism of this monument of perfumery.
Floral Chypre.
Joyful, sensual, timeless.
Idylle opens with a shower of flowers, a fresh and joyful bouquet of lily of the valley, peony, freesia and white lilac. The heart reveals a jasmine associated with a communal Bulgarian roses. At the bottom, a chypre accord worked around patchouli and white musks is added in sensuality.
